We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. When emailing about an issue, it helps to include your device type (iPhone or Android), your app version, and a short description of what happened.
Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Tribe accounts are created by invitation from an academy. Once your academy invites you, you'll receive an invite link. Open that link on your device, tap Create Account, and register with your name, email, and a password. This links your account to the right academy and team. If you haven't received an invite, ask your academy administrator or coach to send you one.
I didn't receive my verification or invite email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, make sure the email address was entered correctly, then request a new one from the app. If you continue to have trouble, email us at info@tribebt.com.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset it via the email linked to your account.
How do I join my academy or team?
Academies invite their members. Ask your academy administrator or coach for an invite link or code, then open it on your device to join. Parents are linked to their children's teams the same way.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Tribe in your device settings (Settings → Notifications → Tribe on iOS). Also confirm you're signed in and connected to the internet. If schedule or attendance reminders still don't arrive, contact us with your device type and app version.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time:
- In the app, go to More → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and removes you from your academies, or
- Email us at info@tribebt.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
